Chris Sansone is the Managing Partner and Principal Broker of The Agency Houston Sugar Land. Together with his wife, Lizz, he founded The Sansone Group in 2000, building a respected real estate presence across Sugar Land and the greater Houston Metro area.

With more than 25 years of industry experience and over $700 million in lifetime sales, Chris leads one of the region’s most accomplished real estate teams. In 2025, The Sansone Group was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as the #10 Team in Sales Volume across the entire Houston Metro Area for the 8th straight year and honored as a RealTrends Verified Top Producer.

A Northern Virginia native, Chris earned his BA in Radio/TV Communications from Radford University, where he was a three-time varsity letterman in golf. Prior to launching The Agency Houston Sugar Land, he spent nearly 25 years with RE/MAX, serving as a founding member of its Leadership Advisory Council.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Chris can often be found on the golf course or cheering on Houston’s professional teams.

Chris is a member of the Knights of Columbus and attends St. Laurence Catholic Church with his wife, Lizz and they live in Sugar Land with their dog Archie.
