Nicholas Guidry has a true passion for all things Texas, Houston and real estate. His love of historic preservation, art, architecture, fitness, food and the city of Houston (and its surrounding suburbs) elevate the relationships he is able to cultivate with clients.

A native Houstonian born and bred, he enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge of the city and it’s outlying areas. Nicholas’ real estate career began in property management 12 years ago where he developed a rich background marketing luxury property throughout Houston, New Braunfels and San Antonio. He acquired a diverse level of experience working with upscale high-rises, mid-rises and commercial mixed-use developments. Throughout this period in property management.

Nicholas mastered the art of identifying clients’ needs and sharpened his skills at achieving a high close ratio, all while maintaining a high level of customer service — as well as learning how to cultivate lasting relationships.

Understanding that in order to conquer business successfully, he must have a strong ethical approach, a sharp wit and a determined drive to succeed, Nicholas brought his extensive knowledge to the Houston residential real estate market. Years of experience have taught him that a balanced, laser-focused attention to detail are universally beneficial to both he and his clients.

As an extremely organized professional, Nicholas seamlessly navigates his clients through every step of a real estate transaction, from showings to contracts to closings (and beyond!). Nicholas does not disappear after the transaction closes but loves to stay in touch for life providing value in whatever way he can.

His areas of specialty encompass several of Houston’s most desirable neighborhoods, including Montrose, Greater Heights, Sugar Land, East End and Downtown (to name just a few). Nicholas has sold everything from condos to luxury homes, estates and land. There is nowhere Nicholas won’t help within Houston and its outlying areas.
